At FarmHub, we value every customer order and work closely with our farmers and sellers to deliver fresh, high-quality products on time. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for placing, processing, and canceling orders on our platform.
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all customer orders placed through the FarmHub website, mobile app, or authorized sales channels.
2. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through FarmHub’s official platform only.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details (name, address, contact number, PIN code).

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with the details.

FarmHub reserves the right to decline/cancel an order if:

The product is unavailable.

The payment transaction fails.
-
The order violates FarmHub’s policies (fraudulent/bulk orders).

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (except for COD orders, if available).

Dispatch timelines vary by product type:

Fresh produce – Same day or next day dispatch.
-
Packaged goods – Within 2–4 business days.

Customers will be notified via SMS/Email once the product is dispatched.
4. Order Modification

Modifications (change in address, product quantity, etc.) are only possible before dispatch.

Once dispatched, no modifications are allowed.
5. Cancellation Policy (Customer-Initiated)

Customers can cancel an order:

Before Dispatch – Free cancellation.

After Dispatch – Cancellation may not be allowed for perishable items; for non-perishables, delivery charges may still apply.

Certain categories (like perishables – fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are non-cancellable once dispatched.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Cancellation Policy (FarmHub/Seller-Initiated)

FarmHub reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

Product unavailability or stock issues.

Delivery location not serviceable.
-
Pricing or listing errors.
-
Fraudulent or bulk order flagged by the system.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
7. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

If COD is enabled, repeated order cancellations or refusals at delivery may lead to restrictions on COD facility for that customer.
8. Refund Timeline

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch – Immediate refund initiation.

For post-dispatch cancellations (where eligible) – Refunds processed after product return confirmation.

Refunds credited within 5–7 working days (may vary by bank/payment provider).
9. Responsibility & Acknowledgment

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before confirming purchase.

FarmHub and sellers are not liable for incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

By placing an order, customers agree to abide by this Order & Cancellation Policy.
