Serviceability depends on logistics partner coverage, product type, and seller location.

3. Order Processing Time

Fresh Produce (vegetables, fruits, dairy, etc.) → Same-day or next-day dispatch.

Packaged & Non-perishable Items → Dispatch within 2–4 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

7. Tracking Orders

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

For prepaid orders → The product may be returned, and refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.

For COD orders → Customer may lose COD privileges for repeated refusals.

Logistics partner will usually attempt 2–3 re-delivery attempts before marking the order as undeliverable.
