FarmHub Return & Refund Policy
At FarmHub, we strive to deliver fresh, authentic, and high-quality farm products to your doorstep. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on FarmHub through the website, mobile app, or authorized sales channels.
2. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Wrong item delivered.

Damaged, defective, or spoiled product received.

Product expired or past “Best Before” date at the time of delivery.

Significant mismatch between ordered item and delivered item (weight, type, or brand).
⚠️ Non-returnable products:

Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables, greens, dairy, etc.) once delivered in good condition.

Opened or partially used consumables.
-
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or storage issues after delivery.
3. Return Request Timeline

Perishable Products (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) → Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Packaged/Non-perishable Products → Return request must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery.
4. Return Process

Customers must raise a return request via:

FarmHub App/Website → “My Orders” section.

Customer Support (email/phone/WhatsApp).

Proof (photo/video) of the damaged/wrong product must be shared at the time of request.

FarmHub’s team will review the request and approve or reject it based on eligibility.

Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup (where available). In some cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, Card, Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or FarmHub wallet credit.

In case of partial return (one item in a multi-item order), refund will be adjusted accordingly.
6. Replacement/Exchange

Customers may choose replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).

Replacement is processed only for the same product that was ordered.

If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation & Automatic Refunds

If an order is canceled before dispatch → Full refund will be initiated immediately.

If FarmHub cancels an order due to unavailability, logistics issues, or pricing errors → Customer will receive a 100% refund.
8. Responsibility & Acknowledgment

Customers must check the product at delivery and report issues immediately.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Customer’s change of mind.

Incorrect storage after delivery (e.g., spoiling due to not refrigerating).

By placing an order, customers agree to comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
